Matrix is a multi-national transport data company, with offices in Europe, the Pacific and Asia. Matrix UK provide’s services to major consultants, local authorities, national and country parks, retail sites & waste recycling centres; most of these are current, permanent contracts.
A growing sector is the requirement for a speed survey to be undertaken along side a local planning application, be it in its simplest form of a 85%ile speed report to the more complex junction analysis. These are undertaken for home owners right through to National Traffic Consultants
